Important information about payment:

For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

2. Check Order Instructions

To place an order online and then send us a check, please follow these 3 easy steps.

  1. Select "Check (by mail)" as your Payment Method in the "Payment type" box of the Checkout Process.
  2. In the "Payment Type" box in the Checkout section, type the number of the check you have written for the total amount of your purchase.
  3. After submitting the form to "Process Order", your order confirmation number will be displayed. To complete your order, simply write your order number on the check (in the memo line) and mail your check to:

Note: Check orders are only shipped after the check clears. Please allow five-business days after we receive your check for your shipment to take place. 
Payments made by checks to MyCartridgeStore that are not honored by the bank will incur a returned check fee of $25. Returned check reimbursement payments must be in the form of cash, cashier's checks, certified funds or money order. Failure to reimburse MyCartridgeStore for fee's will result in your account being marked as fraud and your account will be closed. MyCartridgeStore will no longer accept check payments from customers with two returned items on their account.

Note: We will not be able to process your order unless you provide funds in U.S. Dollars and include your correct order number on the check.

3. Purchase Orders

We accept all school and government purchase orders. Please include a contact person, name, phone number, and email so we can send a confirmation of the order. Mail it to our physical address below. Purchase orders are generally processed and shipped out in 24 hours. Payment is due 30 days from the purchase date. If you have any questions please call customer service at (888) 800-8575.

4. Sales Tax Requirements (version June 1, 2008)

State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the state of California.
